1. What is RealSavings Tracker?

RealSavings Tracker ("we", "us", or "RealSavings Tracker") respects your privacy. RealSavings Tracker is a savings-tracking web application that allows you to create savings goals, track money added or removed from those goals, and monitor your progress.

2. Information stored by RealSavings Tracker

RealSavings Tracker does not currently require you to create an account or provide personal information.

Information you enter into RealSavings Tracker may include:

• Savings goal names and descriptions
• Target and current savings amounts
• Start and end dates
• Transactions
• Goal images uploaded by you
• Application preferences

This information is currently stored locally in your web browser using browser storage technology called localStorage.

RealSavings Tracker does not currently operate a server or database that receives and stores this information.

3. Goal images

If you add an image to a savings goal, RealSavings Tracker stores the image locally in your browser so that it can be displayed when you return to the application.

Images are not currently uploaded to a RealSavings Tracker server.

4. Data export and import

RealSavings Tracker allows you to export your savings data as a backup file and import a previously exported RealSavings Tracker backup.

Backup files are created and selected by you. You are responsible for keeping exported backup files secure.

5. Cookies and local storage

RealSavings Tracker currently uses browser storage, including localStorage, to remember information and settings between visits.

This allows the application to function without requiring an account.

When third-party services such as advertising are added, those services may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies according to their own policies.

6. Advertising

RealSavings Tracker may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense.

Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to provide, measure, and personalize advertisements, where permitted.

When advertising is enabled, additional information about the advertising technologies used by RealSavings Tracker and the choices available to users will be provided through the applicable consent and privacy mechanisms.

7. Third-party services

RealSavings Tracker may use third-party services to provide certain functionality, such as advertising.

These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies.

RealSavings Tracker does not currently use analytics services or user-account services.

8. Data security

Because RealSavings Tracker currently stores your application data locally in your browser, you are responsible for protecting access to the device and browser profile where your data is stored.

You should also protect any backup files you export from RealSavings Tracker.

9. Children's privacy

RealSavings Tracker is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children.

10. Your choices

You can remove locally stored RealSavings Tracker data through the application's Delete All Data feature or by clearing the website's browser storage.

You can also choose whether to use RealSavings Tracker's data export and import features.

Where applicable, advertising and consent choices will be provided through the mechanisms used by the relevant advertising providers.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when RealSavings Tracker's features, services, or data practices change.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be changed when significant updates are made.
